    • Less than 15 days before departure: 100% of total cost

  • Cancellation by Sankara Tour Organizer: In the unlikely event that we need to cancel a tour, you will receive a full refund of all monies paid.

Changes and Amendments

  • Client Changes: Any changes to your booking must be requested in writing. While we will do our best to accommodate changes, we cannot guarantee they will be possible.

  • Organizer Changes: Occasionally, we may need to make changes to the tour itinerary due to unforeseen circumstances. We reserve the right to do so and will notify you as soon as possible.

Travel Insurance
