Hotel Pick Up Information

  • Hotel pick-up and drop-off services are available
  • Operator will reconfirm your pick-up time in advance
  • Arrive at the hotel lobby 5 minutes before your selected pick up time
  • Enter your hotel name and address at the checkout page
  • The driver will wait for up to 15 minutes before leaving (no refunds after this time)
  • Please refrain from being late on your scheduled pick up time as you may not be able to catch the sunrise. In case that happens, the operator will not be held responsible
  • Pick up time start from: 01:30
  • Ubud Area, pick up time : 02:00 am – 02:30 am
  • An additional surcharge will apply if your hotel is located outside of the mentioned service areas, to be paid directly to the drive
